MONTHLY: $400 Deposit + $125/mo for our direct payment practice related to perimenopause, menopause, and hormone health services and medical membership fees.
ANNUAL medical membership fees are $1750/year, with a 10% discount for those opting for direct payment practice, which includes access to our hormone health services.
A LA CARTE: $400/visit + $50/mo for the patient portal fee in our direct payment practice for hormone health services. Please note that these charges are part of our medical membership fees.
