*The Next Chapter is a Direct Payment Practice.  It does not accept any form of insurance, but upon request, can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, except for Medicare.


* My medical license limits my care to New York residents.

Option A:

MONTHLY: $400 Deposit + $125/mo. 

Pay Monthly

Option B:

ANNUAL: $1750/year (10% discount) 

Pay Yearly with 10% Discount

Option C:

A LA CARTE: $400/visit + $50/mo patient portal fee.
